The POSH team of Martha Farrell Foundation were invited to conduct a training for the Internal Committee of North Delhi Municipal Corporation on 26-August-2019. The training was designed to support the implementation of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
The session revolved around the roles and responsibilities of an Internal Committee and how an Internal Committee has a crucial role in creating awareness on the issue of Sexual Harassment at their workplace and ensuring just and sensitive redressal mechanism to the aggrieved. The session also threw light upon creating a gender-sensitive workplace.

It was well communicated and cleared up the misconceptions we had about how we looked at the intentions of the respondent before looking at the impact it had on the aggrieved.
